GRAPE VARIETIES: Prugnolo Gentile (Sangiovese) 95% - Canaiolo Nero 5%.


ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS:
Deep ruby-red colour; the perfume is characteristically fruity, with notes of ripe plum.
The flavour is smooth, balanced and well structured. A versatile wine, it pairs well with first course dishes, red meats, cold cuts and seasoned cheeses.
Serving Temperature: 18º-20ºC.
